We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your
personal data.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the item(s). You will receive
an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt.
A legally binding contract is formed only when we:
● dispatch the goods (and send a dispatch/shipping confirmation), or

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time prior to dispatch.

If we cancel after taking payment, we will issue a refund.

Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Any delivery costs and
applicable taxes are shown before you confirm your purchase.

VAT (UK Orders)

For orders shipped within the United Kingdom, the price displayed is the final price.
We do not add any additional sales taxes or hidden fees at checkout. The price you
see is the total price for your order.

Import duties (international orders)

If you order from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties/taxes
imposed by your local authorities. These are your responsibility unless stated
otherwise at checkout.

Payment

We accept payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., card, PayPal). Payments are
processed through secure payment providers. We do not store full payment card
details on our servers.

Secure Checkout (SSL Encryption)

Our checkout is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, which
ensures that all personal and payment information is transmitted securely. We use
industry-standard security measures and PCI-compliant payment processors to
safeguard your data during checkout.

Pricing errors

If we discover an obvious pricing error after you order, we may:
● contact you to confirm at the correct price, or
● cancel the order and refund you if you do not wish to proceed.

Product Information

We aim to describe products accurately, including key specifications and what’s
included in the box. Product images are for illustration; colour/finish may vary slightly
due to device display settings or minor manufacturer packaging updates.

Safety

Products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided. We are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly, or use outside intended purposes.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping
Policy and shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are 5–11 business days unless otherwise stated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier. In all cases, we comply with applicable consumer protection laws regarding timely delivery. If we cannot
deliver within 30 days and no extended timeframe was agreed, you may cancel for a
full refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a shipping confirmation email
that includes tracking information where available. You can use this tracking link to
monitor the progress of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details
to become active after dispatch.

Risk in transit

We bear the risk of loss or damage until the goods are delivered to you (or to a
nominated safe place/person). If goods arrive damaged or missing, contact us
promptly.

Events outside our control

Delays can occur due to events outside our control (e.g., extreme weather, carrier
disruption). We will keep you informed and, where appropriate, offer a replacement
or refund.

Cancellations, Returns, and Consumer Rights

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the process, timelines, and conditions for
returns, refunds, and exchanges.

UK statutory cancellation rights (14-day cooling-off
period)

If you are a UK consumer, you generally have the right to cancel an online purchase
within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason. You must tell us within 14
days, then return the goods. We will refund in line with the Consumer Contracts
Regulations, including the standard outbound delivery cost (where applicable), after
goods are returned or you provide evidence of return. Return postage is usually your
responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights. Under UK law, goods must be as
described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If goods are faulty, you may be
entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund depending on
circumstances, and we will cover reasonable return shipping where required.

U.S. Consumer Rights

If you are located in the United States, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable state or federal consumer protection laws. In the event of a defective or misdescribed product, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Reviews and User Content (If Enabled)

If you submit reviews or content:
● it must be honest, lawful, and not abusive or rights-infringing;
● you must not post personal data you do not have permission to share.
We may remove content that violates these Terms, but we do not remove genuine
reviews simply because they are negative.
By submitting content, you grant PressusPets a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to
use, reproduce, and display it for business purposes (e.g., on the Site or in
marketing), without misrepresenting your words.

Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, software) is
owned by PressusPets or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not
copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without written
permission.

Prohibited Uses

You must not:
● use the Site for unlawful activity;
● attempt unauthorised access or disrupt Site operation;
● scrape, data-mine, or harvest Site content without permission;
● upload or transmit malicious code;
● impersonate PressusPets or misrepresent affiliation.
We may take action including account suspension, order cancellation, and reporting
to authorities where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where unlawful, including for:
● death or personal injury caused by negligence,
● fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation,
● breach of your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably
foreseeable at the time of contract formation, and we are not liable for business
losses (we sell for personal consumer use).
Our Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee the
Site will always be uninterrupted or error-free, but this does not affect your rights
relating to the products you purchase.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern
Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms
removes any mandatory consumer protections you have under the law of your
country of residence. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to under the laws of your state or country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version displayed on the Site at
the time you place your order applies to that order. If we make material changes, we
will update the “Last updated” date.

Miscellaneous

● Severability: If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in
effect.
● No waiver: Delay or failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
● Assignment: We may transfer our rights/obligations under these Terms as
part of a business transfer; your rights are not reduced.
● Entire agreement: These Terms, plus the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and
Returns & Refunds Policy, form the full agreement regarding your use of the
Site and purchases.
