We want you to feel confident when ordering from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and transparent returns process in line with applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Window & Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a 
full refund: 


● The item should be in its original condition. 
● All accessories and original packaging should be included where possible. 
● The item must not be damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized 
alterations. 

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: On select products, we extend our satisfaction 
promise to 60 days. If you have used the product as intended and are not satisfied, 
please contact us at info@pressus.co and we will work to make it right. 

UK Statutory Cancellation Rights 

If you are located in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period.

You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.

How to Start a Return 

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: 

Email us: Contact info@pressus.co with your order number and 
the name used for the purchase. 
Approval: We will respond within 1–2 business days with a return 
authorization and the appropriate return address. 
Ship the item: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are 
responsible for the goods only once they are received at our facility. 

Return Shipping Costs 

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the 
customer for "change of mind" returns or standard exchanges. 
Our Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, 
Pressus will cover the return shipping costs or provide a pre-paid label. 

Damaged or Defective Items 

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of 
delivery. 
● Please include photos of the damaged item and the external packaging. 
● Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost to you. 
● Note: Minor cosmetic dents to the outer shipping box that do not affect the 
product do not qualify as "damaged." 

Refund Processing 

Once your return is received and inspected: 
● We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
● Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method 
within 5 business days. 
● Please note that banks/credit card providers may take additional time to post 
the credit to your account.

Exchanges 

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. 
● The same eligibility criteria for returns apply to exchanges. 
● Replacement items are shipped within 3–5 business days after we receive 
and inspect your returned item. 

 Order Cancellations & Address Errors 

Cancellations: You may request a cancellation or change within 24 hours of 
purchase. After this window, the order may have already been processed for 
dispatch. 
Address Errors: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate 
shipping address. If an error is not reported within 24 hours of ordering, we 
may be unable to retrieve, refund, or resend the package.
